Email Marketing Specialist
Who is Loop7 Media?
Loop7 is a place that fosters creativity and celebrates new ideas. We are a smart and thoughtful team that cares about creating elite email marketing services for our clients and gives employees autonomy to think bigger and bolder. You’d be learning from a closely knit team of industry experts who value professional development and collaboration.
After 5 years of building a reputation as a uniquely impactful email agency, we’re looking to keep expanding our team and push the limits. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company that is growing rapidly and has made a big splash in the digital marketing industry.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner to assist with ongoing projects for Loop7. You are comfortable answering questions for status updates and good at putting a positive/optimistic spin on performance. You enjoy talking to people and building working relationships with clients and colleagues. You welcome the opportunity to be a face of the company in meetings with prospective and current clients.
You need to be comfortable analyzing data and have solid knowledge of Excel. This won’t be the primary focus of the position, but you need to be able to look at spreadsheets of email performance data and understand how to read, manipulate, and make decisions based on the data. You aren’t afraid to raise a flag if you think there’s an issue or to offer up ideas for potential solutions.
You enjoy being part of a small but mighty team that attends industry conferences and participates in activities like kayaking and mini golf on company trips.
What is the role?
The primary focus of this role is “client success”. This means making sure that we are doing all we can for our clients, and that our clients are providing us with what we need to help them succeed. Most projects will revolve around onboarding tasks for new clients, optimization of existing client lists, workflows, and segmentation, as well as expansion and growth items to maximize our clients’ potential.
In this role you’ll also be heavily involved in scheduling our email campaigns. We send out hundreds of emails each week on behalf of our clients and we need someone to help manage these campaigns. We need to choose which emails to send, who to send them to, and how often to send them. We have a strong structure in place, but there is always room for improvement, and there is a lot of decision-making and coordination involved in scheduling email campaigns.
